This website is provided by DMS Consultation Inc. under the Valifolio brand. It describes commercial advisory services for companies exploring data licensing.
An initial enquiry
Submitting company basics requests a conversation. It does not create an agency or advisory engagement, give us authority to bind your company, authorize a buyer application or transfer, or grant a licence to underlying business records. Any representation, services and compensation must be agreed separately in writing.
Scope of the service
The proposed services include buyer introductions, commercial coordination, obtaining and comparing offers, negotiating nonbinding commercial and payment terms within client instructions, and commercial follow-up. DMS is not a data purchaser or an agent of a buyer. It does not provide legal advice, legal approval, technical data preparation or delivery management under this website’s enquiry process.
Automated guidance
The website guide uses AI to provide general information about the service and help prepare an enquiry. It may make mistakes and is not a live representative. It cannot make an offer, confirm eligibility, promise a price or deadline, give legal advice, submit a buyer application or enter an agreement.
